AdSafe is an Australian product, built and operated by Medware Solutions Pty Ltd in North Sydney. We are the team behind Medflow Pty Ltd, which automates PBS authority workflows for specialist physicians, and Medcast Media Pty Ltd, an AI-curated medical audio platform. Health software in regulated environments is all we do.

AdSafe is led by our founder, Matt Martin, who has spent 17 years in the Australian pharmaceutical industry and another 17 building medical software. We built AdSafe after watching good clinics get caught out by advertising rules they did not know existed, from testimonial comments on their own Instagram posts to prescription medicine brand names in their price lists.

Our work is supported by an advisory group of practising Australian doctors, and our scan rules are built directly from the published sources: section 133 of the National Law, Ahpra’s advertising guidelines, the 2025 cosmetic procedure guidelines and TGA advertising restrictions.

We are independent. AdSafe is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Ahpra, any National Board or the TGA, and our reports are screening tools rather than legal advice. That independence is the point: we answer to the clinics who use us, not to anyone else.
