Check every clinic post before it goes out.
Instagram and Facebook are where clinics advertise most, and where breaches happen fastest: a caption written in a hurry, a promotion with no terms, a patient comment praising results. AdSafe Social checks your posts against the National Law s133, the Ahpra advertising guidelines, the 2025 cosmetic rules and TGA restrictions, and suggests compliant wording.
The rules apply to every post, story and comment.
Comments can be testimonials
Practitioners are responsible for testimonials on pages they control. A patient writing “best lips ever, zero pain” under your post can be a breach, even though you never wrote it.
Social posts are advertising
Captions, stories, hashtags and influencer content are all advertising a regulated health service. A hashtag like #botox can promote a prescription-only medicine.
Stricter cosmetic rules since 02/09/2025
Higher-risk non-surgical cosmetic procedures now face tighter rules: no influencer endorsements, no targeting people under 18, and realistic information about risks and recovery.
A breach can lead to complaints, regulatory action and penalties, and it is far easier to fix a caption before it is posted than after. A check takes about fifteen seconds.
Everything in one plan, as it launches.
Check any caption or ad
Paste a draft and get a risk rating, the rule each issue relates to and why, in about 15 seconds.
Compliant wording in one click
Every check suggests a rewritten caption that keeps your offer and your voice, ready to copy.
Monitor Instagram and Facebook
Connect your accounts once. AdSafe checks new posts and comments, emails you when something needs a look, and hides testimonial comments in one tap.
Post through AdSafe
Write the post, add a photo, let AdSafe check it, then post now or schedule it to Instagram and Facebook.
Check where you type
The AdSafe browser extension puts a shield inside the Instagram, Facebook and Business Suite post box and warns you before you press Share.
Check inside Canva
The AdSafe app for Canva checks the words on your design, including text on the image, and swaps in compliant wording.
Monitoring, posting, the browser extension and the Canva app are rolling out to clinics as Meta, Canva and browser-store approvals complete. Subscribers receive each automatically, at no extra cost.

Good to know.
Is this legal advice?
No. AdSafe is a screening tool. It flags wording that may breach the advertising rules and suggests safer wording, so you can fix it or ask your adviser. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ahpra.
Which rules does it check?
Section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (false or misleading claims, gifts and discounts without terms, testimonials, unreasonable expectations, encouraging unnecessary use), the Ahpra advertising guidelines, the guidelines for higher-risk non-surgical cosmetic procedures from 02/09/2025, TGA restrictions on promoting prescription medicines, and related consumer law points.
Does it check images?
Not yet. AdSafe checks words: captions, hashtags, comments and text on Canva designs. Check photos, before-and-after images and audience settings yourself.
What do you keep?
The text you check is not stored. For connected accounts we never store who wrote a comment, and we mask names, handles, emails and phone numbers before a comment is checked. See our privacy policy for the detail.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Manage subscription on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
